Axxiome provide expert advice, assistance, guidance and counseling in support of agencies’ management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This includes studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include, but are not limited to strategic and business planning, organizational assessments and performance measures and indicators.

Axxiome provide facilitation and other decision support services including the use of problem solving techniques and convening and leading large and small group briefings and discussions. We also engage in collaboration efforts when working with ad-hoc groups or integrated teams. We assist in working with diverse teams and/or groups with common and divergent interests. We participate in debriefing and overall planning as well as convening and leading briefings and discussions.

Axxiome provide construction and engineering services supporting the sustainment, restoration, and modernization of real property to include planning, design, and construction management for facility renovations, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire detection/suppression, structural, and architectural and infrastructure repair and construction.

Axxiome provides support services to government clients at the federal and state levels, as well as services in support of private industry. As problems become increasingly more complex, Axxiome will position itself to work with clients and bring together the appropriate team to identify and implement a solution that is cost effective, sustainable for the long term, and is in line with client’s goals, objectives, and most pressing needs.

Axxiome has managed a wide range of procurement and strategic sourcing projects, with a particular focus on major capital acquisition and sustainment projects, information technology and facilities and construction related projects and the procurement of consultancy services. Axxiome has a strong working understanding of the laws and policies relevant to government procurement and contracting including financial management legislation, procurement rules, procurement connected policies and government approval processes. Axxiome advisors have particular experience in coordinated and cooperative procurement. Axxiome’s advisors have assisted central agencies to establish many whole-of-government panels and have assisted agencies to purchase from these panels (including complex procurements).
